Patients with complicated illnesses or situations need a structured health care system in which they have access to providers who can answer their questions. Perhaps an Accountable Care system would be beneficial, because all of their providers - from head to toe - will be accountable for their patient&#039;s progress. Isn&#039;t this double dipping - does Matthew Perry really mean that Mrs. Smith&#039;s daughter is paid by IHSS to care for her mom in a non-licensed retirement home?  I&#039;m confused - what gives here?  Can residents of licensed assisted living facilities have IHSS paid caregivers? Somebody tell what&#039;s what....</description>
