Appeals court upholds health care law

A federal appeals court has upheld the new federal health care law, rejecting a challenge to the constitutionality of the law’s requirement that nearly everyone buy or obtain health insurance beginning in 2014. The issue is still expected to be decided by the US Supreme Court. Here’s an Associated Press story on today’s ruling.
